- All passengers must arrive on the same flight, separate transfers for different flights.
- Reservations are subject to availability at the time of the request. Confirmation upon full
payment
- Eureka Airport Transfers reserves the right to block dates in advance due to availability or
oversale.
- Last-minute bookings may not be accepted for operational reasons.
- Rates are valid on the inquiry date; subject to change and will only be honored as shown
on the website.
- Rates are non-negotiable; prices must always be verified on the website.
- Various payment methods are accepted: credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Cash
upon your arrival.
- Upon making a reservation, you authorize Eureka Airport Transfers to charge your credit
card, declaring full knowledge of Eureka's Travel Reservation and Payment Policies,
Cancellation Policies, NO SHOW Policies, and Disclaimer.
- No show: Non-refundable.
- Cancellation with 48 hours' notice before the pickup time: Full refund.
- Cancellation with 24 hours' notice before the pickup time: 50% refund of the total
purchase.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Non-refundable.
Non apply for cash payments option but must notify if you want to cancel your reservation.
- No refund for clients not showing up without prior notice
- Confirmation email and vouchers sent after receiving payment.
- All passengers must arrive on the same flight, separate transfers for different flights.
- Vouchers are mandatory for boarding.

- Waiting for early/late flights not guaranteed; contact in case of flight changes.

- Eureka Airport Transfers provides child seats for a fee on the website. You are also welcome to bring your own.
- Eureka Airport Transfers reserves the right to deny service to any person endangering the
safety of the driver or passengers.
- Service will be denied to anyone possessing illicit drugs at the time of service.
- Any passenger displaying the above points will not be offered the service, may be
removed from the vehicle, authorities will be informed, and no refunds for the service will
be granted.
